Hey Friend,

What if gratitude had a soundtrack?

Not the kind that tells us to “just be happy,” but the kind that reminds us why life’s messy, beautiful moments are worth noticing.

I almost sent this to you in November, but I decided to save it because gratitude isn’t tied to a holiday or a season. It’s a disposition we want to cultivate 24/7, all year long.

And really, I created a Bold Gratitude Playlist to help us notice, evolve, and thrive all year long!

The songs are (hopefully) inspiring, meaningful, and real. Music that connects us to gratitude in all its forms.

Notice songs invite awareness and presence. (Songs 1–6)
Evolve tracks remind us to rise, rebuild, and keep going. (Songs 7–15)
Thrive celebrates joy, connection, and belonging. (Songs 16–23)

There will be some songs where you’ll think, “oh, h— no,” but hopefully even more that you’ll love.

Some made the list because of their vibe, and others earned their place for the lyrics, like Jamra’s reminder to “live a little louder, love a little bolder” in Heart Light.

I probably spent too much time on this, but it was too fun. Enjoy!
