This has been a month full of joy working with educators all over the world! It has been my honor to share practical strategies to enhance well-being, build community, and foster continuous improvement.

My goal is for everyone to walk away not only inspired but equipped with specific steps to evolve, thrive, & flourish.

Tomorrow, I have the privilege of working with a new group of educators and the focus is on Evolving with Inquiry: Cultivating Thriving Learning Communities.

I will be sharing many things including the Question Formulation Technique (QFT), one of my favorite protocols to flip the script, guiding our learners through productive struggle that empowers all, keeps us focused, and deepens the learning.

If you want to try this out in your learning community, I’ve created a plug and play presentation that is designed to introduce the protocol. View the “speaker notes” on each slide for directions. You can use it as is or “File → Make a Copy” to customize these slides to meet the needs of your group.

Dacher Keltner

Dr. Keltner is one of the world’s foremost emotion scientists. He is a professor of psychology at UC Berkeley and the director of the Greater Good Science Center. He has published six books, including Born to Be Good, The Compassionate Instinct, and The Power Paradox. Dacher was also the scientific advisor behind Pixar’s Inside Out and Inside Out 2.

Katy Milkman

Dr. Milkman is a renowned behavioral scientist and professor at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She hosts the popular podcast Choiceology and co-directs the Behavior Change for Good Initiative which she co-founded.

Katy is the author of the bestselling book How to Change: The Science of Getting from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be
