When was the last time someone made you feel loved by showing genuine curiosity in you? In my recent conversation with Sonja Lyubomirsky, she shared something simple and profound: if you want to feel more loved, make the other person feel more loved. Ask about their inner world. Be genuinely interested. Don’t hesitate to go a little deeper. Research shows we often hold back because we’re afraid of being too personal. But on average, people want to be asked those questions. They want to feel seen, heard, and known. I wrote about connection through curiosity a year ago, and I’ve challenged myself to offer more content in 30–60 second video clips.
